Precinct 287 Civic Association collects dues from residents (owners and renters) at the start of each fiscal year on September 1.

 

The largest part of our expenditures are for Security Patrol; we hire off-duty Houston Police Officers who patrol our neighborhood 30 hours each week. This service contributes directly to our neighborhood maintaining one of the lowest crime rates in the city.

 

Your support ensures we are able to retain these dedicated police officers and the number of hours they patrol.

Additionally, the Association covers the cost of our quarterly newsletter, beautification projects such as mowing along S. Post Oak, sign cleaning, and sponsoring community events such as National Night Out.
