Our Purpose
We serve the residents of the Willowbrook and Post Oak Manor subdivisions, located near S. Post Oak Rd and Willowbend Blvd, in Southwest Houston.

to advance the civic and social welfare of the community.

to foster a closer acquaintance and spirit of cooperation and responsibility among residents

to sponsor worthwhile community interests

to provide a forum for the presentation of ideas
Precinct 287 Civic Association collects dues from residents (owners and renters) at the start of each fiscal year on September 1. As we are not a HOA, all dues are voluntary, and are managed by our volunteer board in direct benefit to the neighborhood.
The largest part of our expenditures are for Security Patrol; we hire off-duty Houston Police Officers who patrol our neighborhood 30 hours each week. This service contributes directly to our neighborhood maintaining one of the lowest crime rates in the city.
